Introduction:
The rules and procedures embodied in this document are being implemented to regulate sales and marketing operations as well as prevent improper, illegal, or abusive acts within the company. These policies shall govern the relationship between the Members (Partners) and Crux Care international Ltd, INC. and other matters related to these policies. Every member s is expected to be knowledgeable of the following rules and abide by the same to ensure his or her success as well as that of the company.
Definition of Terms
In all contractual agreements, you sign with Crux Caring International LTD, published literature, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:
” Members” – A person who is interested to become a Partner of Crux Caring International LTD. Also, known as Member.
“CCI ACHIEVER PROGRAM (PTAP)” – This is advanced training on the importance of Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) in relation to the business of Crux CARE INTERNATIONAL LTD. and other skills in doing the business.
“Training Center” – The venue where Crux Care hosts their Business training or conducts seminars, training ON direct selling of products services in a specific area.
”OUTLET” – The only official and authorized Member/Partner who can operate an Outlet Center outside of the Head Office by Crux Care international. No two Outlet's are allowed to operate in the same area close to each other.
“Main Website” – www.cruxcintl.com is the official website of Crux Care international Ltd.
Points – Points used in CALCULATING BONUSES.
“Cross-bridge” – This is the Members’ act of transferring from one member team or organization to another. This is strictly not allowed
“Downline” – He/ She is the sponsored partner who eventually formed part of the network of the sponsor or upline, either directly sponsored by the latter or not.
“Direct Down line” – He/ She is the one directly invited by a sponsor to avail of the Enrolment Package and become an independent Partner.
Membership “ – The authorization by Crux Care international Ltd. to become a member.
“Members Application Form (MAF)” – When a person desires to become a member/Partner of Crux Care international he/she must sign the Membership Application Form, which contains the terms and conditions of the company. If a person registers as a member online or via the company website through an outlet from the head office, an applicant is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to the policies of the company.
“Member/Partner Price (MP/PP)” – The price of products set for registered members/partners of Crux Care international Ltd
“Members dashboard (MD)” – This is commonly known as the “Member/Partner’ Website”. This is where a member/Partner can view and manage his / her account reflecting the personal information, genealogy, income, and encashment. The MD is accessed by clicking on the “Member’s Login” link on the commercial website of Essence Crux Care international Ltd.
“MEMBERS Leadership” – Any MEMBER who has qualified as such according to the marketing plan of Crux Care. It includes different ranks….,.
” CARRIE OVER” – The safety measure in the Matched Sales/Business System, wherein a MEMBER/Partner/sponsor will only be paid for all pairs/matched sales per day. This mechanism is followed to balance the methods of earning through recruiting new distributors and direct sales of products. See Marketing Plan for more details.
“MEMBERS PACKAGE (MP)” – Commonly known as the REGISTRATION PACKAGE for a New Member/Partner, contains various products, member application form (MAF) and I.D, product brochures, and other related materials of the company and marketing plan presentation.
“Group” – A Member may have two (2) groups when he starts his network under one account; the Left Group and the Right Group. For each group, the Member/Partner may have as many downlines as he or she can manage.
“Network” – This consists of the members/Partners’ organizations or groups, which include the entire team of the members/Partners’ down lines.
“New Member Orientation (NMO)” – This is a seminar or training on how and why to do the business.
“Commission Plan Presentation (CPP)” – This is the marketing plan presentation discussing the Commission PAY PLAN.
“RANKING AND AWARD” – Is position used in calculating stages of member award/ incentives in Crux Care international Ltd
“Sponsor” – A Member/Partner who introduces and registers a person to CCI, who eventually becomes a member/Partner by virtue of the company’s acceptance of the members/Partner Application. Sponsors are commonly known as “Direct Uplines”. A sponsor is responsible for training and supporting his own lines in the conduct of business.
“Suggested member Price (SMP)” – The selling price set for retailing to the consumers.
“Other Training” – Training on the terms & conditions and code of conduct of the company, how to manage the members/Partner Dashboard (MD), how to recruits, used information, and how to manage your dashboard.
